Ever since a young age Daisy have been utterly obsessed with food. Her father is a brilliant cook so by watching over his shoulder and cooking everyday Daisy self-taught herself to cook. About three years ago I decided to turn my passion into a career and cook for dinner parties and shoot weekends local to my home in North Yorkshire.
In 2021 Daisy pursued a job in the kitchen at Stanley’s Chelsea, headed by Masterchef The Professionals and Roux Scholarship finalist Olivia Burt, and this is where my private cheffing business took off. Daisy’s Delicacies is now an independent London based cooking initiative set up by Daisy Vivian to organise bespoke private catering events. The menus, curated by Daisy, are often inspired by her extensive travels around Australia and India. They delicately combine both Mediterranean and East-Asian ingredients, techniques and seasonings.
